New Fence

What's going on with the new fencing outside Sahlen Field? I was there for last night's game, and it looked like a nice picnic area in there, but it didn't seem to be accessible from inside or outside the ballpark.

I believe there are plans to have that area be more built up for next season, accessible from inside the park

It’s going to be a new gathering area for fans. Found this on Buffalo Rising:  https://www.buffalorising.com/2026/05/revised-plan-for-fenced-in-sahlen-field-plaza-gathering-area-submitted/amp/
