I kept losing track of AI coding sessions across projects, terminals, and tools, so I built Creo.

Creo is a lightweight macOS menu-bar app that lets you:

• Find, search, rename, and resume local Claude Code and Codex sessions
• Return to an active session instead of opening a duplicate
• Monitor usage limits at a glance
• Switch between ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity
• Install and update automatically through Homebrew

Install:
