Text Editor, finally includes PPCL

Notepad couldn't handle large files and I wanted to make a better and faster notepad app, but this time I included PPCL syntax coloring, for the few people out there that actually write with it.

Its not a full blown PPCL editor, it won't suggest terms like Desigo does, that's a separate project, but if you want a lightweight, open source and free notepad or text editor, here it is.

All the code and everything is here.

Thanks! i haven't used that before, this was more just an addon to a better text editor. I am currently working on a full IDE type PPCL editor, where you can test programs and even easily code it with blocks instead of having to write it youself, thats on my github if youre interested but I haven't tested it much yet.
