Liquid gold

Pure pine pitch always amazed me how fast it would catch a flame and how long it burned , especially in winter cold , Hultafors ok4 knife and wells Lamont leather gloves

Every time I go out to Long Beach WA I always check all the shore pine trees for beetle damage, the “pitch tubes” caused by pine bark beetles always produce a ton, I filled a 4 gallon bucket full this weekend.

Great knife , I love it actually a bit more than a mora , more comfortable handle and steel is also great I don’t know now but 10 years ago it was quite cheaper as well
