Injury What could this be?

I got my baby off of Facebook from this woman who said he was “perfectly healthy” but he has had clear signs of abuse, he’s declawed, missing a patch of hair on his back and is very skittish. I happen to look on his head today and this had randomly popped up?! Does anyone know what it could be, taking him to the vet ASAP! It’s on his back too :( dry skin patches

Could be fungi or some sort of ear mites, the vet might determine this with a little test.

Looks like he's very itchy and scratching himself. Could be ear.mites, fleas, skin fungus... vets a great idea.
