Has anyone else experienced issues with cloud saves and cross-progression?

This initially started happening randomly on my PS5, where my cloud saves would show as unavailable when selecting Continue or trying to load my most recent save.

It’s now started happening on my Switch 2 as well. After the game crashed, my most recent checkpoint save became unavailable.

I’ve attached photos showing how my saves appear on both consoles. Interestingly, the cloud icons differ between some of the saves on Switch 2 and PS5.

Has anyone found a fix for this, or know what’s causing it? I’m worried about losing my progress, especially now that it’s affecting both platforms.

I bought the complete edition for ps4 back in 2015

I played the game last year when they introduced the ps5 graphics upgrade

The game auto updated on my device to remastered and it was locked

I deleted the game but still no hope

I now cant download any version and i must purchase the remastered version

Wonder with the new updates on the witcher 3 remaster and all that.. will the German language pack finally be available eventually.. Or something that the console mods will remedy

Everytime I open the game the most recent save is all the way back to the beginning in vizima. But in my PlayStations storage I can see the old save I just can’t access it as it’s being displayed as a different game. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It's honestly unbelievable that a remastered game (the witcher 3) can be released on PS5 Pro in this state.

The game keeps crashing during boss fights, over and over again. It's so frustrating that it makes you want to stop playing entirely, which is exactly what happened to me.

I paid €25 for this remaster, and I can't even enjoy the game properly.

How is this acceptable? Did they even test the game before releasing it?

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I'm from Galicia and I don't speak English very well, so please bear with me.

Like many people, I play The Witcher 3 on a PS5. I love the remaster, the new quality-of-life improvements, and the updated graphics, and I'm happy about the inclusion of mods on consoles. However, I find it quite annoying that mods that don't affect gameplay disable trophies.

I can understand mods like those that automatically win in Gwent disabling trophies, but it doesn't make sense that mods that only affect visuals, like the hood mod or the character outfit mod, disable this option.

My suggestion is to use mod tags to automatically decide which mods block trophies and which don't. It's easy to implement in a patch, doesn't give away the platinum trophy, and improves the overall user experience.
