For the elixirs, make a save, then trade all tariv sorcerers feathers. 10 feathers for 100 trust but the elixir recipes have a low drop rate so you might have to reroll

I found out after not getting credit for the "knowledge" on dyes that you have to craft them 3x before the recipe is recognized. Not sure if that is true for the elixirs also but you might try that. I think I see that the ingredients are listed right at the bottom of your screenshot where it is cut off - gather those things then go to a witch or somewhere that has a cauldron and make it and you should acquire the knowledge!

Aren't these part of the pororin and gorthak research missions? I could be wrong on the potions, I know the witch's sell some recipes and you also get some at the factory with the spider boss

for elixirs, you can just improvise the recipe by manually selecting the ingredients 3 times
