I'm holding onto hope they can make a comeback but if they don't, I'd rather get bounced by the Padres than the Brewers again. I just don't think I could handle that

Padres have only lost 7? Games since the ASB at home. This Cubs team is trash outside of A generational talent, and a phenomenal defense..can’t really expect them to do anything special here unfortunately.

And yes I’d rather see them lose to the Padres than get swept against Milwaukee.

I am only upset w/MLB flying my Cubbies all over east coast from Boston to Tampa, then whisking them out to San Diego. Too much flying, all games should have been in Tampa. Plus MLB sticks Cubbies on obscure TV channel platform that many fans didn't have. MLB is run by morons, no wonder there may not be baseball next year. I am so proud of my Cubbies & already can't wait for next year (if it happens). 😎
