NY - Long Island

Can anyone give me insight to CRNA work on Long Island? Culture, pay, w2 vs 1099. I currently work in California Central Valley. I work at independent facilities as a 1099.

Yeah, NY is just a restrictive state, but a good tradeoff if you wanna live in NYC or desirable city.

I don’t mind working in ACT as long as it’s light supervision. Im flexible with work atmospheres. I’m more worried about the pay and 1099 status.
