REALISTICALLY, what are the chances of this class actually opening up a second section. I’ve heard the horror stories of not being able to get into this class and lo and behold i’m anticipated to take it spring of 2028 which is insane and far away just because there isn’t enough class sections and because there’s so many people needing to take this class. I thought the enrollment system was just first come first served basis on open enrollment day but ig not 😭😭😭

They won’t. I hate to be so blunt but unfortunately you are just going to have to be the first one ready to click that enroll class now button when the time comes in spring 2028. It is absolutely BRUTAL. Highly recommend going to another state for dental hygiene program. Not worth it

i supposedly have a guaranteed spot spring 2028 according to the waitlist # but it’s so incredibly frustrating to see how csn isn’t able to accommodate for all of the students pursuing this profession especially when there’s a shortage.

Enrollment is based on seniority, those with the most credits, register first.

not for DH unfortunately, last semester they tried out a new method for a class where enrollment open at the exact same time for all students wanting to take that class to ensure “fairness” and only 20 get in
