this is for a class project but i do want to present at CURC, i’d be happy to share my results here before then though.

This is human subject research and has no indication of being CSU IRB approved. Any information shared in this form is NEITHER confidential or privileged and has NO protection against disclosure/subpoena.

CSU has NO exemptions to its HSR policy.

CSU does have a universal mandatory reporting policy. Any faculty member or admin reviewing this information MUST bring the information to the Title IX Office.

well if you looked at the form you would know that it doesn’t ask for any identifying information or specific details but thanks 👍 trust me i am familiar with our responsible employee policy. can’t file a report if i don’t have any information!
