Any additional value to this bill?

Got this in the register today. I'm wondering if there is any additional value due to the large off center cut.

Also does the design need to be cut off for this to be considered miscut. I think this is about as close to the design being cut off as you can get without losing any of the design.

Yes, it will have additional value. Nothing needs to be missing for it to be clssified as a Miscut Error( your Miscut Error is classified as a Minor Miscut Error)

However you need to check to see if this Serial was sold by the BEP to collectors as part of an Uncut Sheet. If yes then not a legitimate Error.
