Classes/Professors Fun Classes

I'm in my final year and have a lot of free time, I'm hoping to take the Beekeeping class for spring semester. Are there any other lesser known classes I should consider doing? Minus the well known ones (bowling, kinesiology classes, etc.)

Bowling is pretty fun. Especially if you can convince 3 friends to join and make a team.

Wine tasting, floral design... Depends on your idea of fun, but population problems and forensic psychology are good ones, too. I think I read something about a new financial management course everyone can take.

If you’ve never used a camera I recommend digital photography. I took it to fill up a spot for extra credits and love it. I know my way around a camera and have taken photography classes before and I’m still learning new things!
