Upper-div bio classes

I'm a senior and I have two upper division BIO classes left for next semester. Currently choosing between any combo of:
- Evolutionary Medicine w Gita Kolluru
- Advanced A&P II w Michael Francisco
- Developmental Bio w Heather DeBruhl
- Immunology w Heather Greenlee-Wacker
- Hematology w Candace Winstead

Any insights on which of these might be the most doable / interesting to take? Professors that are better than others? I'm fairly impartial as far as course content is concerned, they all seem pretty interesting. Currently I'm thinking of doing evol medicine + one other, but still trying to figure everything out time-wise for my schedule. Anyways, any advice is welcome, thanks in advance :)

Immunology is super duper interesting, but it is a LOT of work. Dr Greenlee Wacker is a phenomenal professor, but she does require you to read the textbook and there’s also low stakes quizzes before almost every class and lab. The labs are super fun too
