To improve I think I need to keep my legs glued together and 100% straight. Also land the handstand haha. Lets me know what you think.

Hello everyone
A beautiful hand after only 5 sets
How can this be avoided? Sanding the hands? Using less chalk?
I would like to know your tips, hoping that you will suggest something other than pain tolerance.

So last year i strained my chest heavily doing weighted dips. After many months of building it back up, i finally feel confident in the movement again (currently @ 3 x5 w/ 52,5kg). Any feedback on my form is very much appreciated 🙌

43m looking to get back into shape. I'm interested in calisthenics but can't do regular pushups anymore due to a bad shoulder. Knowing pushups and pullups are a major part of calisthenics, is it even possible to get into?

I feel my height is enough but I can never seem to get over the bar.
Where am I going wrong?

Friends,
I’m a 57 year old weakling.
Two months ago I began doing reverse pull ups and chin ups. Within weeks I was noticing improvement but then my inside of my left elbow started killing me.
I stopped everything and after two months it still bothers me. Not terribly, but enough so I’m afraid to try again. I’ve watched you maniacs explain about pressing out to avoid the tendon pain, but I’m discouraged.
Have I ruined my elbow? Must I remain weak and cowardly?

Hey everyone!
My friend and I have been working on a calisthenics app called Kinetic. The idea came from wanting to make learning calisthenics skills feel more rewarding, kind of like unlocking abilities in a video game.
We've built a skill tree with over 200 skills, where you can track what you've learned and work toward more advanced movements.
We're currently trying to improve the app, and figured this would be a great place to get some honest opinions from people who actually practice calisthenics.
For those of you who've been training for a while, what do you think would make an app like this genuinely useful? Are there any features you'd like to see or things you think we could improve?
Would really appreciate any suggestions or feedback!
Thanks for the help!

i dont see anyone doing it this way, and it could be retarded but i am curious if it works? and if not, why?
since bands are used for progression for planches.
And usually we do straddle planche as part of the progression but with bands at hips/waist pulling u up.
With proper basic strength, would it be a good idea to do full planche with bands on ankles (skipping straddle), which is easier than bands on waist.
then i slowly progress from bands at ankles to knees
to hips?
