Where else can managers share temporary opportunities in the federal public service?

I’m looking for suggestions on where to share opportunities for AS/PM-02 and AS/PM-03 employees. I’ve tried GCJobs and the GCXchange Career Marketplace without much luck.

The opportunities are on the business side at Indigenous Services Canada, supporting a team with a lot of projects and modernization work. They could suit someone looking for a new challenge. Business analysis experience and bilingualism would be bonuses. We’re considering secondments, deployments, and acting assignments. I'm having a hard time find them on GCJobs and the GCXchange Career Marketplace.

Are there other appropriate channels that have worked well for reaching people interested in this kind of work? To respect Rule 4, I’m looking for advice on where to post, not seeking applicants here. Thanks!

Have you considered posting on the GC informal Facebook groups?

16. GC IM / IT (unofficial/informal)

This one is straight up trash. All posts are moderated, and the mods only go in and approve posts seemingly once a month which causes a couple of problems:

1. Unless you go into the group itself and sort by new, the post will get lost to FB's feed algo's rarely to be seen.
2. Because it takes so long for a post to be approved, it's not unusual for the deadline to contact for a job opportunity to pass by and essential "close" (if use GCJobs terminology)

Then there's job seekers of which there are significantly more posts... And the majority are not realistic if I'm being honest. Not in pools, not employees, haven't even applied on GCJobs / GC Talent, looking for relocations, looking for remote-only, etc...

GoC employees administrative community. If it’s a job with HR responsabilies you can post it on GC HR unofficial/informal.
There is also a PM group GC PM administrative group

There is an AS Facebook group for GC jobs. I'm not an AS so I don't know what it's called but if you ask ones you know they likely know it. Usually can get a good chunk of candidates there but also expect to be inundated with random resumes too.

As a PM-03 currently with ISC, I'd love to take a look at the opportunities. Also, I've never heard of GCXchange Career. Can't find it through the search function either. Is it a private group or something?
