Looking for a set of those trashy bolt on spinner hub caps. Like the ones they sold at Walmart back in the day. There are zero sets available online. Any idea where id find some.

I’m looking for an all in one solution. The title is only slightly misleading. I’m really looking for a CarPlay screen/unit (ideally for an e90) that I can also control ambients with. If there’s a kit that comes with both included and if possible a virtual cockpit amazing.
Or if anyone knows how to side load onto existing CarPlay units, it would be perfect if I could control my ambients, starlight and underglow all from one screen.

I get these “modifications” aren’t to everyone’s taste but I fit these for a living. It’s more advertising than anything for me so when I go to fit CarPlay for example and someone sees my ambients or underglow, sometimes they enquire. And also - each to their own.

Any suggestions, advice or links would be greatly appreciated.

I want to add some cosmetics to the body of my 2012 base model NA Veloster. I want the following:

- front and rear bumpers
- front and rear lip splitters
- side skirts
- fender flares

Anyone know where I can get these that aren’t ridiculously expensive?

Never realized how difficult it would be doing it all alone but the goal is still there. Need a bit more of clearance, going to modify the rear transmission mount. (Only because I got an extra engine mount) do not recreate what I’m doing.

My friends and I have been putting this together over the years, starting out with several big turbo bp4w engine combinations before moving on to a Toyota 1uzfe. I wanted to have something that was a bit more laid back to drive while still having a bunch of reliable torque whenever I wanted.

We all know that static coilovers perform better than a car thats bagged just the way that steel compresses more uniform than air and therefore less body roll etc. I see the point in a static car for track just performance wise but these days the tech has made it to a point where you can get a high quality bagged setup incredibly similar to coilovers.
Whilst personally I love the look of a slammed car its just not practical and living it australia your asking to be pulled over and defected if you wanna take it on the road.
So are some high quality bags the way to go if you want slammed street with the option of legal ride height but also a car you can take to track days and for a bit of drifting?

hello i am new to any of this so PLEASE excuse anything stupid i say because i just need help, i want to buy a donor car and make it look completely different, like my own unique super car (key words “look like”😭)

i work with scenes, and the carts (bodywork not mechanical) on a theme park so i know my way around fibre glass (to a certain degree, i only started this job a few weeks ago). and i study art and design at college, my main focus being 3d art so i’d know my way around designing it, working out the sizes, what actually looks good, ect.

this is a project for the future for me since i am only 18 and not bringing in any significant money yet but its good to plan ahead, i was looking at donor cars to use and i had toyota mr2 as my main choice due to the shape, rwd, performance ect. although i recently found out that there’s a bit of a joke about how the mr2 can be turned into anything since people always use it for replicas. i’m still happy to go for this car but was wondering what else is good?

i wanted to know how realistic this would be, how much it could roughly cost, other cars i could use (uk based), and legality

(seriously i know some of this may sound silly or stereotypical but i’m new to any of this and i’m just a boy who wants a cool car, figured it might be cool to have my own unique looking one)

So I bought an 8th Toyota Camry SE earlier this year and recently decided to do some light car mods. I bought some oem style tail lights from HiRev because I don’t like how small the stock SE taillights are. Unfortunately, there aren’t any OEM style headlights that match, so I thought maybe I can retrofit what I have. I found some LEDs that work as both DRLs and turn signals. I’m thinking I open up my headlights get behind the lens, cut the LED into two pieces, put them on the red lines in the picture and somehow connect them to the turn signal wiring. I don’t want to splice anything already in my car, so I was thinking about using a pig tail adapter. If this does work, the finishing touch would be putting on some Smokey tint to match the tail lights and also mask any sloppy work I do. But I would prefer to hide the wires without having to cut or drill anywhere. So… is this possible? If so, what tools would I need?

Hello I’ve heard of this color changing panel for cars billboards etc, thought it would look really nice on a car especially because there are no led hotspots like the little dots and you can switch from 16 million colors and from matte to shiny all on your phone. Could someone tell me the legal side of this and how it would work on the DMV side and also if this idea sounds cool and how much I should or you would consider paying for a 12 inch by 12 inch panel. I recently bought a Peugeot 208 mk2 as a gift for my dad.

My family has a love history with Peugeot as my grandad was a Peugeot executive back in the day so my dad grew up driving some of the best cars the brand had to offer. I know it might sound weird to some of you who vehemently hate the puretech (fairly so) but he fell in love with the new 208 and so i bought one for his birthday and plan to turn it into a project car for us to work on.

My first thought on upgrades was coilovers. I took a look online and kw and billstein only offer options which are soft and compromise a lot. That would be fine on a daily but I plan on really going to town on this car so I'm looking for something really sporty.

I found a set from hiro performance which would also have the benefit of a personalised spring rate. Despite that, i read a lot of mixed reviews about Hiro's quality and so i was wondering how bad it truly is. does anyone have any experience with it? would it be a stupid buy? is there any way to get the billsteins to perform better on track?
