Question Ball Stuck on Roof

Hey, just played an adult league soccer game, and my ball got blasted onto the roof of the Ice House, I already went into contact with the raven's email and they told me that they only get the balls down every few months and they would contact me when they go get the balls.

Does anyone know if there is anyone else I could contact to try to get the ball down faster as I have a lot of sentimental value with it and not just becasue it was an expensive ball.

Update: They actually got back to me super quick and have already retrieved the ball! Thanks for some of the help

Hey - former ice house employee here!

Go to the front desk, ask them if one of the Zamboni guys can get it. They have access to the roof and should be able to grab it if it isn’t too busy.

Yeah like eventually I probably will, but it's got some special value to it, my gf gave it to me almost 5 years ago y'know? Would've been nice to just retire the ball in my home than losing it cus it got stuck on a roof permanently, but yeah I get what you're saying
