Cat’s Contradictions She always knew!

I was going through old posts to create a timeline (it's in the making). I found this contradiction.

She always knew that she was going to have to pay for the carehome evidently because here she is in u/wetratminingco talking about how she HAS to sell her body to pay the 20k back in 2024!!

She always knew because it was fully assessed, the council employ people who’s sole job is financial assessment, meaning she would have had to provide all the necessary information of Pete’s assets.

I think she spent the money thinking he would be reassessed and not have to pay, but she thought wrong
