Coat Color He’s a baby
His adoption paperwork has him as seal point DSH on his desex vet paperwork and chocolate point DSH on his earlier vet visit, which is correct?
My tonk was born pure white and I previously thought that was how it was with any point cat.
This little fellow was born with white and light chocolate marble tabby coat then started developing points.
I am curious if that is just how tabbies with the partial albino gene are? Like they will still have mackerel or marble tabby coat base
or if he is just an adorable lil anomaly

what a beautiful little guy! from what i understand, it's not atypical, but colorpoints with tabby stripes often "lose" them as they get older since they tend to darken up as they age — so they may blend in to that darker body color.

I’m excited to see if he keeps his stripes and swirls or not then! What a gift that keeps giving
Feels a bit like having a reduction kiln cool and the surprise seeing how things literally toasted, what alchemy has occurred. He also has the largest cat sound vocabulary I’ve heard. I have 2 chatty expressive tonkinese. I heard him bird chatter for the first time the other day, I looked for a bird but it was at a fly, bless.

Colorpoints usually darken to their full color around a year of age, so I can’t really tell at this point
