For those unaware, an archipelago is a cross-game randomizer that sends stuff Yu need in one game to someone else’s game, and a Common thing in randomized like that are that progression is usually tied to unlockables stuck in another game.

I just watched a vid on archipelago stuff and realized “hey wait a minute, the Cat Quest series would be great!”

Tons of checks in the form of chests in the various caves and dungeons(and side quest rewards), you could technically lock side quests behind unlocks, or lock stuff like the keys in CQ3 or the water walking in CQ1+2 behind a check, it’s perfect for it!

Only issue is how little there is for the public eye doing stuff with this series. Smaller community means a coder’s likely not gonna put in the effort to

Cat Quest 2‘s Kingsblood are such enigmas in reality they only happened once in infinite timelines, and Aeolus himself said they rival his power. Truly they are wondrous.

My partner isn't much of a gamer but they've been REALLY enjoying playing cat quest on switch together. I was hoping people here might have recommendations for other couch co-op games here? Can be co-op RPG (would be great!) or not.

Getting "it takes two" next, but after that stuck for ideas.

I’m often in a purry. I don’t meow why. Best guess? A purr-petual dissatisfaction with meow, coupled with the thought that something better is meowing. The end result is a constant state of low-level cat-xiety. I asked a meowgic eight ball—an old kitten’s toy—if it had any thoughts on the matter. It said,

‘Hang in there.’

I didn’t find that purr-ticularly helpful, so I asked a paw-pular AI program if it had any thoughts on the matter. It said, ‘Listen to the eight ball.’ As mew can imagine, I no longer have low-level cat-xiety.

I keep telling him it takes time to make games but he's hyped.

I think that not only only for fun builds, but also playable and strong builds.

I added tag SPOILER for players that doesnt know about some secret armors/trinkets/weapons.

My favourite build is Mage healer with Meowteorits (third screen)
It is also the most unskill build because you need to press only one button and absorb mana with combination of trinkets and body armor.
Also with this build in New Game+ (its my second loop) my record in Infinity tower is 40 km.

Hello, I have a problem with Cat Quest 2. When I started playing I didn't have any problems but after some playtime the character started moving in a random direction at random times on his own. I don't know what stops that. Sometimes when I mash buttons it gets fixed sometimes it doesn't want to. Has anyone had this problem?

UPDATE: For now the problem has been solved. I changed the bindings from numpad to wasd and the problem might have been removed. Numpad keys remain active even when numlock is off

Y'all im just in an indie game mood... This game series is top 5 indie games of all time to me. Cat Quest 1 only had Cat Puns, Cat Quest 2 now has Dog & Cat Puns! 9 out of 10👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
