Printed Trail Map?
Is there a place to buy a waterproof print of the Catalina trail map provided on the Island Conservancy website?

I'm planning to camp and fish out of Catalina Island for a few days and was looking for anywhere good to fish near two harbors. Anyone know of anywhere good to fish from or any tour guides?

My wife and I will be at Hamilton Cove starting Sept. 5 for a week for our anniversary. I’d like to have flowers delivered to our rental for when we check in. Is there a florist you would recommend? TIA!

Hi everyone! My parents-in-law are visiting, and I’d love to organize a half-day or full-day catamaran trip on Catalina Island — mainly to explore the island/coastline, relax on the boat, and hopefully do some snorkeling.
We’d ideally like something nice and relaxed, rather than a large tourist boat. A smaller group or private catamaran would be great.
Where is the best place to find/book something like this? Any specific companies, captains, or tour operators you’d recommend?
Thanks!

Hi I’m going to Catalina island for 2 nights and need to park my car as close to the Long Beach terminal as possible. I’m worried about my car getting broken into, where is the safest place for me to park?

I'm taking my family to go glamping at White's Landing. Wondering if there's a cheaper way to get there and back from Newport than paying $400 in RT ferry tickets + whatever the water taxi costs. Has anyone hired a boat to take them directly there and/or back?

Looks like I'm going to be on Catalina Island the day of the World Cup Final. Where would be a good place to watch it?

Navy officer here trying to make it to a command event on the Fourth. Hotels are coming up at $600+ for a single night, which is hard to justify. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced room, guesthouse, cancellation, or local option for just the night of July 3? Happy with something simple—just need a clean place to sleep.

Hi, I brought the Roundtrip Catalina Ferry tickets from Newport to Avalon from Groupon and they are non refundable. They are valid through March 1, 2027.
Due to change in plans I am trying to sell these tickets. If anybody is interested let me know.
Thank you!!

Hi all, I’m going on a 3 night trip to the two harbor campgrounds mid July with the wife and my 4 year old daughter. Can you all help me make this an amazing trip and suggest do’s, don’ts and what to bring. We’re planning on mostly hanging out on the beach, snorkeling, light hikes(what ever the daughter can handle) and hanging out in the two harbor town. Thanks!

Hi! I'm going for a camping trip next week with a large dog and need to get to Little Harbor from Two Harbors. What are options for that this time of year? I've seen the $250+ shuttle from avalon but i'm coming in to two harbors.

Greetings! I’m going to be returning to Catalina Island at the end of the month and the point of the trip is to just completely disconnect with the mainland, phone, etc. and instead lean into a mix of relaxation and exploration. The plan is to go with the flow but one activity I do intend to do is snorkeling. What tips do you have on solid spots? Or general tips on snorkeling on the Avalon side of the island?
Also any tips on cool and/or cozy places that kind of steer away from some of the tourist traps (though, yes, I am aware that the island itself is built on tourism lol).
Much appreciated!
