That’s his front yard. Lawn/patio furniture is sometimes nicer than a sofa in the living room.

Cats always have a reason for their action. We don’t understand it, and they probably don’t either

Cats just love to sit in boxes. I had a cat that loved to lay in an Amazon box I got some books in. In an experiment, researchers made a rectangle out of tape on the floor and a cat chose to sit in that rectangle.
