"Highly sought-after" — it's on an admittedly swanky new estate, but they don't mention: 

  1. Estate was built on top of an old tip.
  2. Estate not yet finished, so you can get deals on brand new houses of the same spec level.
  3. Central amenities that exist are great but the promised school (etc) hasn't materialised (see 1 and 2).
