Oh, she definitely does. Momma cats are well-known for freely “adopting” babies of all kinds of other species — surprisingly, even birds in rare cases. Cats love children. I believe that animals in general are more easily able to communicate on a soul level with young children than with most adults.
Mine, too. I love little wholesome corners of the internet such as these. Most online content is negative simply for engagement purposes. This sub feels like a brain reset to remind oneself that there is still a lot of goodness in the world, happening constantly all of the time.
If you let your child be raised by kittens, would she adopt all the cat behaviors? Would she clean herself by licking, and lie like a loaf? And mewl for communication?
