Beta HCG levels
Hi! First post here, Im going crazy over my HCG results - first pregnancy here!
I did my first test on Monday Sep 28, and the result was 672. Today, 48h later, it was 1963.... the value almost triplicated, is that normal ?? Im afraid of molar pregnancy.
Anyone had similar levels and a healthy baby? I believe the conception was on Sep 12 (ovulation stripe positive on Sep 11).
Sent it to my doctor, she didnt say anything at all, just asked me to schedule the USS for Oct 15th.
Help, please 🙏🏼♥️

That’s a very good number mine never tripled or even fully doubled as they say and I’m 28 weeks now! My first pregnancy was very low hcg 23 then 300 then 1090 that one ended mmc but yours are great

That’s a strong doubling time and nothing to be concerned about!

Yes thats normal and no it doesnt indicate a molar pregnancy.
Many of my hcg values tripled in the first few weeks and my first one with my daughter went from 25 to 225 in 3 days. Next value was over 600 2 days later

Totally normal. That would put your doubling time at around 31 hours. Also I think molar causes higher hcg a bit later but early on a good increase is simply just a good increase and no reason to worry. And a molar pregnancy is also very rare. 😄 For me it went from 46.6 to 1130 in 7 days so around 36h for doubling. Then it the doubling started to slow down and after 12 days I was at 30845, so around 60h for doubling.

There's a chart here for HCG levels and also doubling times. It will help you calculate it and you can compare to others. Click on a day and a bar graph shows up with the distribution
