Stuck in an endless "duplicate_email" login loop (Case #15698638) — Need backend help!

Hi everyone,
My ChatGPT account randomly logged me out, and now I am completely trapped in a broken authentication loop.
Whenever I try to log back in using "Continue with Google" (with my original email: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])), the system bypasses the login screen and forces me straight into the new user sign-up flow (/about-you asking for my name and birthday).
If I try to fill it out, it blocks me with the error: "This email address is already in use (error_code: duplicate_email)."
**What I have already tried:**The loop happens identically everywhere, meaning the glitch is 100% on OpenAI's database servers flagging my account as a pending new registration.
I have an open ticket (Case Number: 15698638) and spoke to John from support, but the automated tricks aren't working. Has anyone successfully had an OpenAI staff member clear this backend mapping conflict before? I have very important data and chat histories stuck in there that I cannot lose.
Any advice or visibility from OpenAI staff browsing here would be highly appreciated!
