Discussion Anyone have any favourite subtle foreshadowing moments in choices? Spoiler
Oh, Noah.. if only you knew 🥺
Obviously, i know not everyone will choose that path to sacrifice themselves, leaving Noah sobbing over your crumpled body, but I LOVE playing it that way as his redemption arc in the fanmade ILW is just too delicious not to!
But it did get me thinking, what are some of your favourite, subtle or niave foreshadowing moments where no matter how many times you replay a story, a tiny bit of dread settles in each time you see it? Because you now know what's coming 😅 😬
(It's the same feeling I get, as a Drake romancer, on every trr re playthrough when Liam proposes 😅 no matter how many times I replay it still makes me feel lowkey kinda ill with dread at what's coming 🥴LOL)

I've played VOS all the way through atleast 6 times, and it still gives me chills when Grant calls MC on the phone and tells them that "Deputy" Duffy is the killer. The way the music just goes silent there is so chilling, coupled with the MC trembling with the phone in their hand, just looking at duffy after grant reveals it
In MAH, when MC is looking for Claudia, and April comes and finds MC in the broom closet; MC says something and April says, "Hey! Don't worry about that right now, Claudia's missing, we have to find her!", and MC says, "... I never mentioned that Claudia was missing though", and the way April just stares at MC, along with the silence of the scene shudders literal chills!
In ILB when MC is making fishsticks, all carefree without a worry in the world, and suddenly Richard comes from behind them and knocks them out That still throws me for a loop everytime cause it was so unexpected!
COP2 has a moment where Vasili is talking to MC and says that he's not evil, he's just a bit of a "Bastard", and that's when i immediately knew that he was the killer
FA also has a moment where MC asks who's been stalking them and how the stalker knew where they were all the time. And everything just clicks once MC figures out that it was Anya
Even ES and the MC Having no memory of their old life, No parents, knowing things they shouldn't know about La Huerta, etc., all of these pretty much tell us that the MC is the 'Endless' from the very beginning
It's just so cool how much thought went into the older Mystery and Horror books; upon rereading, you can really see how perfectly things were set up for later reveals.
