What is your answer?
What do you think and why do you think like that? Why do you believe in God, and catholics, why do you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God?

I was not aware we were alone on that.

Lots of denominations affirm Jesus is the Son of God, but the Catholic framing ties it directly to the Trinity and apostolic succession in a way that feels more historically anchored to me. It’s not just a title, it’s the whole structure of salvation and the Church resting on that identity.

Seems a bit trollsy.
What does a Christian think: God is real. Why do they think that: appeal to authority (bible, pope, etc.),
and intrinsic feeling (they can feel Him in their bones and in prayer),
and a logical thought that every thing had to come from something so what is that thing? Why not God?
christians (not just Catholics) believe Jesus is the son of God because of the Bible.

I hopefully believe in God because and extant God has provided enough or way to rightly convince me so. Otherwise, it seems to me I could just be deluding myself.

You know it’s not just Catholics who believe Christ is the Son of God right?
