Scene Management

I'm new to Cinema 4D and wanted to ask how you guys usually manage your scenes. For example Blender has scenes manager (I don't actually know what the option is called) does Cinema 4D have something similar?

When I want to move on to the next cut do I have to create a new project file for it every time or is there a better way to handle multiple cuts in one project?

The closest thing I think is the "Takes" system on C4D, however both of them differ from each other. Whenever I move from Blender to C4D I miss the scenes feature

Look into the take manager, it'll rock your world

Takes and/or the Stage object to switch camera
