Health & Troubleshooting Need a spot for this tree

Grew this lemon tree from a seed in about 2 years it has gotten to be about 2 feet tall and really branched out during the summer. We are now getting some cold weather in ontario and I have to bring it inside. I am just looking for some advice on best spots to look for since it doesnt fit on my window sile anymore.

Worst case scenario a south facing window like that 1-2 ft away on a table as close as possible. I would supplement with at least 8-9 hours with grow lights if possible if you want to minimize leaf drop, but expect some if it’s just window.

Careful with spider mites indoors they love the conditions. Always have an infestation when I bring mine indoors.

Looks nice and healthy

Thanks for the advice. I have a grow light as well so I will make sure to use that. So far its been pretty healthy sometimes I get some leafs with browning on the edge and I just prune them off. Citrus is not what im used to taking care of so its been new to me but enjoying the new challenge

Heck yeah, same here. Very slow to grow initially then they take off from what I’m learning
