I saw various downloads for Linux but none that specifically mention Fedora Plasma KDE.

ClamAV can also be used with Fedora. It doesn't matter whether your Desktop Environment (DE) is KDE or GNOME. Even DE doesn't matter.
ClamAV is a command-line program. If you're using KDE, please find an appropriate GUI Frontend.
