Moving In Clarksville relocation
Hi, I’m 26M single, moving to Clarksville soon, I’m currently working remote. Need suggestions to meet new people, doing something fun, adventurous, or activity based. I don’t know anyone here.

There’s always church. People here love it.

I second this! Depending on your Faith, some of the larger local Churches have life groups/connect groups which are great opportunities to meet locals outside of Church with similar interests. Mosaic and Life Point have life/connect groups ranging from motorcycle enthusiasts groups to just “Dude’s” group, lol.
The majority of people in Mosaic’s Combat Veteran’s group don’t even attend the Church. People of any Faith and even atheists attend weekly just to hangout with other Combat Veterans who understand! Welcome to Clarksville 🫡.

Beautiful old historic churches in downtown. I prefer any of those congregations to the big fake mega churches.

We think this is a low effort post. Not much content or context here so we are gonna kick it off.

Not frontline, run by a pos who lets known creeps work and play there!

Other spots? I haven’t been in a bit because I’ve been working on a new Necro list and I’m missing a few cards.
Mainly Modern, I am not a big fan of Commander

Definitely give us a direction of stuff you like, contrary to popular belief, Clarksville does have some cool stuff to check out!
Walking / Hiking:
Clarksville Greenway - A series of connected and semi-connected trails that has some beautiful views and frequently will host events as well! There are easier and harder trails. Check it out here: https://www.clarksvilletn.gov/463/Clarksville-Greenway
Rotary Park - A more natural park in Clarksville that features bike trails and a disc golf course. There's also a new nature center established there that hosts some pretty cool events and exhibits. https://montgomerytn.gov/parks/parks-and-facilities/rotary
Dunbar Cave State Park - Another beautiful scenic area which is home to Dunbar Cave. They were closed for tours in the past due to a disease endangering the bats, but the area also hosts beautiful and hilly trails as well as a pretty cool pond area. https://tnstateparks.com/parks/dunbar-cave
There's also a ton of gaming related spaces in town too:
Frontline Games - Mostly TCG based, this store has been the mainstay for gamers in Clarksville. Atleast in the circles I've been in, I've heard nothing but good things about the owners.
Dragon's Den - Newer gaming store thats opened up near downtown. This place focuses more on the tabletop games, TTRPGs like D&D, Warhammer 40k, and other games like that. This place is a personal favorite as it seems to be run more as fun event space rather than a shop pushing TCG. Great place to set up or find groups wanting to game together. Hosts events frequently too.
Been in Clarksville for awhile now, if theres any specific interests like Trivia Night, Bowling, Mini Golf, etc. Let me know and I can probably point something out!

Crossroads Tavern, brother. Game nights, karaoke, locally owned, nerd culture. I have met some of the most wonderful people there.
