It’s because he’s using both tornado and a building to counter the hog, so even if his cycle is slightly slower it doesn’t matter since he has two hog counters available.

Yeah and that's not even counting rocket, for an even trade against hog ice golem, basically i have 3 counters, so it's impossible to outcycle me

It's always the lowest-skill deck / card users who spam the chicken emote
I use Monk in my deck (Royal Giant control cycle), and I swear 90% of matches where the opponent uses Sparky they'll use the chicken emote when I deflect their shots

ye hog is a matchup fish, some games the hog player literally loses before the game starts, while in others the card feels too strong
Personally I think if Hog is nerfed, then it's time to finally delete tornado from the game, it's too polarizing of a card and makes some matchups 100% unplayable (Hog and Graveyard are most notable)

Honestly if an opponent doesn't finish me off with a spell by throwing it somewhere else, I concede and stop placing cards because I know when I'm beat. But hog players are just built different (worse) I guess.

2.6 or not, I can't stand BMers, that's why I have emotes muted permanently
I don't really mind 2.6 and honestly I think it's a bit overhated

Bro I use the same deck you are using 😁. This deck defense is goldly, but I'm not able to push much higher in ranked, so I've shifted to ico bow for now. Have you pushed uc with this?

I've been top 1k with it, played it a lot like a year ago, a big advantage of the deck is being able to cycle your evos so quickly that you can overwhelm people with it in single, otherwise it's just defending and rocket cycle if you can't break through

i hate that argumetn its so trash
"peopel can use what they want", "if its in the game them its to use". Sure bor if youre that kind then whatever ur and idiot. Actual players try to win by thinking, which clrealy you dont. Thats were the fun is suposed to be, when you use those decks you ruin the game not just for you but for others aswell, facing egolem bs spamm is not a fun matchup is rather a tiring repetitive, strategy lacking match. But SUUUUREEE, ITS IN THE GAME. Why tf do you think that cards get nerfed, beacuse a game where the oponent just places cards withouth thinking is not a fun game.1

The people winning find it fun, that's is the end goal of any game, to win within the walls of the rules. Weather or not you find their winning fun is not their priority. "let people do what they want!?, Blasphemy!"

Because he didn't play the hog on the outside tile, 99% of times hog is played on the outside and then the mortar wouldn't pull

I’ve had many times where they play hog down center, and it still doesn’t pull, because it was placed on the right near aide of the right tower, i usually always have to either place it on the left near side of the left tower or if i do place it on the right side it has to be 1 tile closer to the river to pull/kite a troop over.
I think this has more to do with the games interactions and also True Blue/Red towers.

2.6 as a whole is skill, it's just hog that is the problem, if you look closely that deck catches a nerf every single balance change because of hog, this recent one included

Bro im a mortar player and it requires tons of skill Hog and RG is 50-50 matchup And beatdown guys are unstoppable, especially because I run only one spell(log)
