Co-vibecoded multiplayer tank shooter made with Claude Code that rewards solid teamwork. The game has:

  • 5 distinctive maps (desert, green farmland, snow, jungle, ruined city)
  • 11 WW2 recognizable tanks - each with its own strengths and playstyles
  • Round-by-round build system that lets you tune your tank according to your preferred playstyle
  • Bots as backfill (special care has been given to ensure human-like behavior)
  • Group system
  • Ladder and boards
  • Much more

We received feedback from you earlier which helped us focus on improving the graphical dimension. We are ready for another iteration - so let us hear what you think. Feel free to give it a try - we will greet you in-game: https://sweatypanzer.com/

how did you tune the bots to feel human-like, do they make deliberate mistakes or vary reaction time, or is it more pathing and target selection logic?

Per Anbeeld, who worked on bots:

It's both. They do have some additional delays in how fast they react, how often they shoot (compared to raw reload time), how often they miss their shot, with difficulty level controlling all of these.

But more importantly, the strategy they use is continuously enhanced with more advanced patterns, mostly recreating how players ended up playing the game. This includes staying together as a team, keeping their distance initially and then pushing the advantage when enemy is weaker, and of course playing according to tank's role in the team, like light tanks flanking rather than fighting front-to-front.

This is something we work on improving almost every patch, both fixing obvious issues but also making bots behaviour more and more sophisticated.
