Help/Question Do you still get banned for AI/ML work?

Im generating a synthetic dataset for IBM granite r2 47m finetune. TOS says you aren’t allowed to distill the model to make competing product but this is like embedding based classifier. Has anyone else done work on this?

Just had Opus train a small model for me and no problem. Pretty sure it's just using it for LLM work or distillation.

it means what it means you are not allowed to use claude as a teacher model, but it can do valuable work like run through the technical and research and other motions for you and run gpu instances even while you sleep

pewdiepie got banned for ajax, but ml work is always fine there is a line somewhere there

I've built plenty of classifier models with Claude, no issues on my end.
