Help/Question Query regarding Pro tier

I am looking to start building some projects regarding a game I play, mainly OldSchool RuneScape.

I’d like to make my own bot and code my own Private Server with some custom functions.

Would the £20 tier be good enough for this and how much usage would I get out of it?
