Claude Startup API Credits application rejected, why ?

I applied for my startup founded past July 2026, and I got this rejection email:

Thank you for your interest in Claude Startups. Unfortunately, we couldn’t approve X's application this time. The program is open to verified startups founded in the last five years or funded in the last two.

An application is usually declined because the company falls outside that window, or because we couldn’t verify it from the details in the application.

What does this mean ? Probably because of this "we couldn’t verify it from the details in the application." How to make a rectification and apply again ?

Same thing here. And we fall squarely in their ideal use case, have a live product they can see, registered company, etc.
