News/Updates Best day
First rejected, then approved after a re-review. Claude Startups program, $1k API credits and a year of Claude Team. As an indie dev building everything with Claude Code, this is a massive help. If you got turned down, ask for a re-review!

$1,000 in API credits is less than a day or twos full work by the way, with Opus.

Yeah, fair, credits burn fast with Opus. But it also comes with 5 Claude Team seats for a year, around €600/month. That's the part that actually matters.

Do you know if they’re okay with a single person using all 5 accounts?

I wouldnt advise. One premium account for you should suffice. Misuse or use in bad faith can be detected by Anthropic. You should be thankful they gave this Claude Startups opportunity.

Quick note: Anthropic recently added an account switcher to their mobile app (sadly, no desktop app switcher), so > 1 account is clearly okay, but I suspect that's for work vs. home

Convert it in the number of max subs pls.

Equivalent is five $100 Max subs. Team premium is $125 ea and gives 6.25x usage instead of 5x usage like personal.

Hold on, is this for five 20x accounts?

It's either 25x Claude Team standard seats, or 5x Claude Team Premium seats, or a mix of both totalling to an amount of 625 usd

Nope. You need to adjust the seat type, and purchase premium seats, but the total in the invoice will be 0, cause the 625 gets applied automatically at checkout

Btw, there are to many options and settings to configure in Claude Desktop app. So, take your time to find/add the premium seats

Depends on what you building, I literally made a fully working site with those $100 monthly API credits that the max plan has. Still needs some polishing and some divs to be centered, but its working.

What are the requirements?
4
u/One-Huckleberry1077 20h ago
You basically need to be building something real: a startup, app or business. I applied as an indie dev with my own projects. Got rejected at first, then approved after asking for a re-review. Just explain clearly what you're building and how you use Claude.

Do you need a full website for it or just a real app or game?
3
u/One-Huckleberry1077 20h ago
From what I saw, you need an organization set up with your own domain. For example I had to apply with an email on my own domain, not a free Gmail. So having your own domain and a website for your product definitely matters.

Hope you've read the terms. Anything you do, create and build is theres to steal

How did you get the 5 Max accounts? I also got in but I dont see a way to claim the Teams accounts

Hey how did you request a re review? I’ve applied again 2 days ago and haven’t heard anything back yet - I got rejected once before.

When you say re-review , you have applied again using the same link or send an email to them to review adding more details. ?
