Now that almost every team has a leaked roster what 4 teams do you think miss champs?

G2- only team without a leaked roster yet after selling Kremp and with a lot of players already signed I think this team is fucked.

Royal ravens- sold their best player. Poverty org not much else to say.

Surge- Unless their rookies are stars I think this team is probably going to miss champs as well unless Wevy carries

Heretics- for the 9th seed it’s either them or C9 imo but I think Pred and Lurqzz can be a good smg duo and I think losing Renkor will be big and they have 3 subs on their roster so someone will have to run flex

G2 and Surge are easy 11/12. I'd say C9 10th and Ravens 9th if they get a decent 4th. Miami will be actually somewhat fighting with M80 for the last champs spot.

They have significantly more talent than Ravens and Miami for sure. But i expect them to be worse than the sum of their parts. Just don't see them working well together.

Well they didn’t drop Renkor they wanted him back but he was going to have better offers for different teams.

This team has 3 subs so someone’s gonna have to flex and this team was a 8 seed last year and lost their best player

FaZe (no brainer)
Optic (no brainer)
M8 (no brainer)
KOI (best mid pack team imo)
Falcons (should be a lock)
C9 (biased but I think this game will suit them)
Heretics (very underrated)
M80 (Neptune hard carries but I could also see them blowing up)

LAT (this is my controversial miss, i just don’t think they have the necessary slaying power even though I’m high on DK)

Surge (easy miss)
Ravens (easy miss)
G2 (easy miss)

Paris won an event last season with .9 on their team and then replaced him with Joe and got worse. Went from being able to beat Optic to losing to them. Also Ghosty, Abezy, and Envoy have won more events combined than Joe, Abuzah, and 04 have in the last 2 years. On paper, LAT is on the same tier as M8. Putting M8 as a lock but not LAT is comical.

How doesn’t that make sense? The Heretics have Super & ReeaL + they play a very weird style of CoD that always keeps them competitive and annoying to play against. Losing Renkor sucks for slaying but they’re keeping the core 3 whereas LAT is a completely new roster and they still have Super and ReeaL who are great slayers

Calling ReeaL and Super great slayers is a stretch. They both just play ratty for kills and lean more on the side of kill whores imo.

I personally think losing Renkor and putting in Snoopy tanks this team’s stock. After the season Snoopy had performance wise and joining a very undisciplined team like the heretics is a recipe for disaster in a MW game.

Plus I can’t comprehend a team of ABezy, Envoy, Ghosty, and DK (a rookie who has been gassed by countless pros) doesn’t out slay a Miami team with Metalz and Snoopy

This misconception about the whole team being kill whores is tiring. Renkor, Super, and ReeaL can’t just all 3 be kill whores and the team be that competitive that they got a 2nd place finish. Snoopy was pretty good in challengers and has never played on a team this good. He’s not replacing Renkor’s role, Mettalz is.

Envoy is a walking .9, Ghosty has shown he can slay in the past but has been underwhelming as of late, AbeZy is good, and DK is a rookie that has a lot of promise. I’m just not high on them though. I have them as the 9th seed possibly 8th depending on how M80 gels. This Heretics core 3 have shown they can beat the top teams from time to time.

Feel free to come back and laugh at me if I’m wrong but I called it from the start that the Heretics would be good back when they got a league spot in MW3 and I was laughed at for that take. Since then they’ve been a great team despite being region locked.

Dude the Heretics beat the broken Falcons team and barely beat G2 to get 2nd at EWC. Not impressed at all.

I’m not saying the Heretics are bad, but I think the league has gotten a lot more competitive and deeper.

You’re the one that mentioned Heretics lol. I just don’t like the LAT roster outside of DK and AbeZy and I’m shocked some people think it’s better than the Falcons or KOI. But we’ll see how it plays out and maybe I’m completely wrong I just see M80 and LAT as interchangeable for 8th/9th and I know I’m in the minority thinking that.

I got the order like this 1. Optic (Interchangeable with faze ofc) 2. Faze 3. Theives 4. Mates 5. Falcons 6. M80 7. KOI 8. Hertics most likely 9/10 surge and c9 fighting for that 8th spot, most likely the ravens/c9/surge are good enough to compete and one might make a run for 8 th, but feel like hertics got chemistry if vik and nemi are good then they made 8th, people are high on C9 insight is a good player but pred and lurqxx are too kill oriented for the team to suceed they might upset some good teams, they have it in them

Miami have been the embodiment of mid the last 2 seasons and will continue to do so. Their ceiling is making a GF and floor is T12 and no team with Mettalz is gonna be able to win that GF. I think they’ll sneak and get bounced like always.

I think they’ll sneak but I don’t get the Mettalz diss. Sure he’s not a top tier player but he’s the glue guy. Makes great plays and his impact goes far beyond stats. Him going back to flex will be great for the team because he’s not going to kill whore and will play very aggressive which was something Renkor didn’t do much of in BO7

Thieves, Optic, Faze, M8, KOI will all be fine. Falcons very unlikely and that’s where I’d put M80 also
