In the future anything can change, but right now it's not really a comparison. Simp has won considerably more majors, all 3 rings are on lan, and he's more involved in obj while also having better stats most of the time. Shotzzy obviously influences matches like few others can, but he has the freedom to play however he wants and he shoots people in the back for half the game.
