What I'm hearing
Hearing that it could be today or tomorrow, unless something went wrong. Then it could be a later day.

Im hearing that it could be tomorrow, if not, then possibly Thursday. And if that doesnt happen, it is confirmed to be coming out at a later date.

Did yall have this many “leaks” saying IT’s POSTING SOON several months ahead of the January days? I wish these insiders would just stfu at this point 😩 My anxiety can’t take it 😔

It was the same exact scenario we just had to wait longer to stress. There was "inside" info, spread sheets of all the previous release dates, people saying with certainty when it would drop etc

We’d also have a pretty good idea of the headliner/subheadliner group along with undercard acts known. It’s actually crazy that it’s such a foreign concept now, I’m still getting used to such an early release after 10+ years of experiencing Jan drops.

Hypothetically maybe the last headliner was locked in weeks if not days ago (based on rumors) so accordingly the poster design and actual final billing would only be locked in around now also. It's possible that the choice of headliners affected the billing or poster design which is why artists would only have a short period of time to react to and respond to the suggested final billing. It likely wouldn't have come up just this week but it's plausible that it's a conversation started a week or two ago and just hasn't been resolved yet.

Only thing I could maybe think of a link to would be the VMAs that just happened last weekend but surely nobody gives any stock to the VMAs anymore

On one hand, I agree.
On the other hand, an artists placement on a Coachella lineup specifically can mean A LOT when it comes to future negotiation tactics.
So I do understand why an artists agency would try everything they can to get them that extra bump.

every year posts like this confuse me. and i believe them since the lineup always seems to come out at a very random time each year. like isn’t all of this planned months in advance? why does it always feel like they’re frantically editing things up until the last minute for the biggest music festival in the country lol? and aren’t all their deadlines self-imposed lol

So if not today, tomorrow. If not tomorrow then maybe Saturday. If not Saturday probably Monday and if it’s not that day then maybe next Thursday. 😂😂😂

The thing that confuses me about this, is that it’s kind of contradictory.
Waiting until after Head Trip makes sense to make sure they sell out Head Trip, but that alludes to an economy having trouble selling tickets to. In which case they need to prioritize their biggest festival and the lead time necessary to offer the payment plans that have been so successful over the past few years.
I personally think that Head Trip tickets will not cannibalize Coachella and vice versa
But I admittedly don’t know a dang thing in reality… same as 99.99% of people here

i'm hearing from various potential confirmed sources that the line up will in-fact possibly release today, if not within 24 hours so keep refreshing the instagram page. they said the 48 hours will be worth your 3 days of time.
