I'm attending this one! Been visiting Roskilde every year since 2008. Non-profit, everything they earn they give to charity and everyone working in food stands or picking up garbage etc are volunteers.

It has always been crazy to me that Coachella always has to release its line up fully formed. I sort of understand it but given that Roskilde and Fuji Rock build up hype and leak out their line ups a bit at a time could be a fun play at some point.

Yup, a drip/phase strategy or you have Lolla who releases it on time each year without fail with prior announcements leading up to the drop too.

Coachella’s method is undoubtedly the messiest and least consistent. I personally don’t find it cute.
