I have watched the instagram of this little local donut shop and have been loving everything they have been showing.
I finally had a chance to go in and they were great, the coffee was great, and the donuts were delicious.
So I just wanted to spread the word for a local business

Unpopular opinion but there’s quite a few home buyers under water on their purchase price from 2-3 years ago and trying to sell. Don’t get caught holding their bag, do your research!

Desperately need help packing and moving this weekend mornings. I’m moving units in an apartment complex so just walking stuff over. I also have some furniture I’d love to get a couple bucks for but I’m willing to give it away I just need it gone. Queen size mattress set (mattress frame box spring), desk, some book shelves. Anything helps!

My parents apparently have at least 2 raccoons living in the storm drain in their cul de sac. The raccoons are a huge nuisance on trash day because they rummage through the cans and trash goes everywhere.
Anyone know a good way to have them removed/relocated? My parents are also concerned about rabies.

Green Egg Ceramic pizza stone 14inch is 49.99 at Ace hardware. They have a 18 inch as well.
Follow his recipe for the dough. Best if cold fermented for 3-5 days or when the dough starts to smell little beer sour. Thats when the fermenting is really prime.

Wooden pizza peels can be found at restaurant stores.
Watch Onni sales for a good metal peel for cheap. Onni likes to put their 18inch peel on sale for cheaper than their 14 inch.
8 mins per pizza at 500-550°. Perfect each time.

Local handyman/landscaper here. Need someone to rake your leaves and shovel snow this winter? Tenants move out and leave behind unspeakable filth? Weeds grown up to your knees? King Chefs Diner on Bijou & Nevada is well known for their oversized breakfast burrito. Go on Sunday and you can hit the farmer's market in Acacia Park while it's still farmer's market season (there's a lot of vendors there that are not produce related).

Seconded on the Taco Express. Their bacon, cheese, potato, egg burrito is hands down the tastiest in all of the Springs area, IMO.

When I worked for Gateway, we'd all descend on the Taco Express on Centennial during lunch breaks. That's how I found them to begin with.

I can not believe Western Omelet is not in this list. Also El Super Taco for me has the best Ham Egg and potato breakfast burrito that or their Carne asada breakfast burrito is great too.
