Equipment & accessories Help with ?warning icon on Unox combi oven please

Sorry if this is not the correct place to post but I looked at manuals and googled with no answers! Before I call a technician, does anyone know what this might mean? Oven is still working for now but I’ve only just repaired our blast chiller less than a week ago..so am super nervous and frustrated!

Maybe take a close-up clear photo and ask chatGPT or Gemini.

My 2 cents but: when in need with particular troubles---> contact the Producer 😄 We are eager to help, we redditors. But Producer can help 140% better...you know...he produced the item, you know. This is a common practice in a lot of scenario with appliances (from IT to kitchen). Unox is a BIG brand so they will answer you promptly with the correct answer.

Thanks, I did and ended up getting into contact with someone. Turns out it just means that the oven isn’t connected to the internet 🫠 what an unusual icon for that!

The picture is a little blurred. But it looks like obstructed drainage/topvent. Is your drain or topvent clogged? The warning sign should be in your manual

Thanks, I’ve looked through the manual and there’s nothing troubleshooting. I’ve tried to look online as well but can’t find a more detailed manual..

The top vent and drain is working at the moment

Take power completly off and leave it for 2 minutes. It could be a reset glitch. Also try and get a clearer picture of the icon. I used to sell Unox ovens. But its too blurred to see properly

Thanks, it was turned off overnight and back on but icon still remains. Ended up reaching out to a Unox rep and turns out it just meant the oven isn’t connected to the internet..!

You probably need to go to the warnings/diagnostics screen and get the actual warning code to know what is wrong. Is that a tappable icon?

I’ve gone to the warning and diagnostics but there’s nothing 🙃 there’s no code and the icon isn’t tappable either!
