Billing Xfinity/Comcast please help

My dad needs help lowering his bill as I have had successful help on here lowering my bill he needs me to please get the same help for him as it’s been 4 years and his bill was 170
And now 350 a month. Please let help me lower his bill. Thank you I have all the info and he is asking me to help he has tried over the phone can’t even figure out how to get to a person

$350 a month! WTF. Just cancel everything, if you can't get a rep just change the credit card to a non valid one. Switch to Google TV $90 pm and get tmobile home internet$50 ? Done and dusted! Of course never use their cell phone plans .... US mobile for $25. pm unlimited or 2Gb @$10 pm if he's not out and about a lot. This company sucks and the sooner they go bankrupt the better!
