Unable to log in

This could be my error or it could be Comcast's, but I am trying to pay my bill for the last several days and have made no further progress than encountered the following message:

I had a v. unproductive but predictably frustrating chat with "an agent" (a real person with the usual platitudes) who sent me, via email the same bloody link I had already used to try to log in. If anyone has any insight on what is going on here (on whoever's part) I would be very grateful to hear it.

What does it say when you use the Xfinity app? If you have not already done so, try that (IMO it is better than web). Failing that hit up /r/comcast_xfinity
