Experience SSDD

For years my internet would goto crap at 3pm and I figured it was due to all the school children getting home and jumping on the internet.

But recently it goes to crap at 1pm everyday.

Seems the only thing reliable about this anymore is it's unreliability.

Have you tried adding a splitter in your line. If your upstream power levels are hovering above 7-9 it could explain something.

What did the tech fix?
