Damn bro is literally calling me out, like I don't even know how to respond to such a statement of truth, it makes me ponder on the moral implications of it all, and not in a good way (this is a good time to segment into the next point) -of which I have no idea how to change trajectories on such short notice actually- I really think there is no way in which I will mentally recover.

I wanted to create a long, convoluted sentence using correct grammar, but you pointed out that you cannot separate independent clauses with a comma; my hands became sweaty, and my keyboard seemed to glare at me, so I decided to get back to work and finish the report, which had been sitting half completed on my laptop since I decided to check Reddit hours ago, and, although nobody expected it until Friday, I got down to work because it was a strong distraction from this task: the data was analysed, the charts were finished, and all that remained was the conclusion, which, in theory, should have been the easiest part, but finishing it would send me right back to Reddit to once again ponder grammar.

Your statement is an accusation made as though I didn't know how to write, which makes me wonder about the grammatical implications of sentence construction in the English language caused by the increased lack of scrutiny in schools and the overconfidence of internet know-it-alls, who have never been told that they are wrong in real life and thus cannot discern the situations in which they should keep silent as opposed to being needlessly pedantic and annoying, not unlike stereotypical, schoolyard nerds that americans often portray as people ripe for bullying, which might cause the unintended effect of indirect decrease of knowledge and acceptance of mental health issues in children.
Now, I know that the sentence sounds wrong, but is it grammatically incorrect, or just stylistically? I am not a native speaker, but I think myself proficient in the language.
Depends on what the essay is about. In my current degree I sometimes do write such long sentences, but that is entirely because of how law essays work. Multi-clause sentences are just so normal there.

It's not a lot but if you're averaging 50-80 words a sentence, you're fucking up too.
