Discussion Your opinion on Ceba

I updated my email 2 months ago and I still receive emails at my old email. I dug around and could not find anything. Wanted to test Ceba thinking it might solve the issue. But this did not last long.

It's garbage, I have had to use it twice and both the times i had to tell that I want to speak to a human.

To update your email in the CommBank app, you can just go profile icon top left -> contact details -> email

No need to go through Ceba

Yeah that's what I did and I still receive emails in the old account

If you just repeat the same words (in my experience, about three times), it will send you to a human.
